Expanded polyurethane foaming<\/strong><\/h1>\n

We perform foaming<\/strong> of all components thanks to a state-of-the-art high-pressure plant<\/strong> able to cover and treat the most complex panels and parts.<\/p>\n

The insulation sector uses polyurethane foam<\/strong>, whose injection in cavities and empty spaces guarantees perfect thermal insulation <\/strong>also at extreme temperatures. Some products for which we perform foaming, also on behalf of third parties, are cold rooms<\/strong> and refrigerated cabinets<\/strong>, equipment for the refrigeration industry<\/strong> and refrigerated counters<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The foaming, that is carried out rapidly at our plant, resists a wide range of physical <\/strong>and mechanical stresses<\/strong>, adheres perfectly to all of our thermoforming materials and is able to lengthen the life of pipes <\/strong>and systems<\/strong>, helping you to save on energy consumption costs.<\/p>\n

Polyurethane foaming is the result of a process known as \u201ccross linking of polymers\u201d<\/strong>; stabilising agents<\/strong> and additives<\/strong> are added to the polymer compound obtained that allow the foam to expand.<\/p>\n

When the foam is ready for use, it is inserted in a plant<\/strong> designed to exert high<\/strong> and low pressures,<\/strong> that allows any parts in plastic or metal to be covered with a uniform layer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

After injection, the personnel inspect <\/strong>the piecein detail<\/strong>, assessing the degree of adherence<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0expansion<\/strong>\u00a0of the product, that must not have any physical or structural defects.<\/p>\n

At this point it is possible to continue with the various\u00a0finishing <\/strong>operations, for example, trimming,<\/strong>\u00a0in which theexcess polyurethane foam is removed<\/strong>. The cuts<\/strong>, holes<\/strong> and grooves<\/strong> are then made on the component.\u00a0<\/p>\n
