Plastic thermoforming<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Our hot vacuum forming <\/strong>service, thanks to which we can make an infinite range of customised industrial components<\/strong> and profiles<\/strong>, uses only the highest quality materials suitable for the intended use.<\/p>\n

Our technicians have been trained in order to always find the best solution, choosing from the wide variety of top quality polymers such as ABS\/PMMA<\/strong> and PETG<\/strong>; we are also able to process and thermoform other materials such as polystyrene (PS) <\/strong>and resin<\/strong>, obtaining increasingly precise pieces without weak points.<\/p>\n

The raw material, usually available in coils<\/strong> or sheets<\/strong>, is preheated <\/strong>and then deformed<\/strong> by extracting all the air, and the material thus adheres perfectly to the desired mould<\/strong>. After leaving the component to cool and detach naturally from the mould, it is finished using milling machines<\/strong> and CNC machining centres<\/strong>. We also manage bonding<\/strong> or assembly <\/strong>using specific industrial products and ultrasound welding.<\/p>\n

Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene is a prized polymer<\/strong>, widely used in industry to manufacture light, resistant objects<\/strong>. Its three main components lend ABS a good degree of processability <\/strong>and personalisation<\/strong>, rigidity<\/strong> and resistance<\/strong>, also at low temperatures.<\/p>\n
