When the desired temperature is reached (\u201cplastic\u201d state of the material), the sheet is pulled<\/strong> and stretched<\/strong> to reach the desired thickness<\/strong> and prepare it for forming.<\/p>\n

The material undergoes a vacuum process<\/strong>, during which the air is extracted using an industrial pump. In this way, the plastic takes the desired form, without the risk of blisters<\/strong> or malformations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

After controlling that the plastic has adhered correctly to the mould<\/strong>, the plastic is cooled. Extraction follows the cooling, with the release of the profile <\/strong>from the mould.<\/p>\n

The excess material is eliminated and any details such as holes, cuts and grooves are added using 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machines<\/strong>: this process guarantees smooth <\/strong>and perfect edges<\/strong>, removing imperfections <\/strong>and sharp material<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
